Located away from the main bustle in an idyllic quiet location, but within only 5-10 minutes drive of the fabulous beaches of Polzeath and Rock, it offers the perfect combination to get away from it all and relax, yet still allowing easy access to the beauty North Cornwall offers. Padstow is a short ferry ride away across the Camel Estuary and the pretty town of Wadebridge, with cycling on the Camel Trail. is easily accessed by a short 10-15 mins car journey.
The surrounding area can also be accessed by bike and on foot. Polzeath and Rock are only a 20-30 minute cycle ride or for those looking for walks there are many footpaths in the immediate area that will allow you to explore the Cornish countryside and coast line.
There are a wide range of pubs and restaurants all within easy reach of the cottage.
Owl Cottage is a modern contemporary cottage that sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed at one end of the living room. The sofa bed is separate to the main living area. The cottage also boasts two contemporary bathrooms with counter top basins and electric towel radiators. Bathroom one has a bath with shower over and bathroom 2 has a modern walk-in shower enclosure.
A beautiful peaceful location, with a very large secluded garden where you can relax to the sound of the cows gently lowing in the background. The property boasts two outside patio areas where you can lie back and unwind in the private use 6 person hot tub, enjoy a meal of delicious local seafood cooked on the gas BBQ and finally relax in the warm glow of the fire pit after a long day of beach life and coastal exploration. The separate games room is a great space for children and adults alike with an adult pool table & darts together with a children's multi-games table and dartboard.
