Rental Rates

Multiples of 7 night stays apply for the following dates with a Saturday changeover.

5th & 12th April 2025, 24th May 25, 19th July 25 - 5th Sept 25 incl., 25th Oct 25, 20th Dec 25, 27th Dec 25

28th March 26 - 11th April 26,  2nd May 26 - 26th Sept 26, 17th Oct 26, 24th Oct 26, 20th Dec 26, 27th Dec 26  

Flexible number of nights stay and flexible changeover days all other times.  Minimum Stay 3 Nights.

25% Deposit Payment required at time of booking.  Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Security Deposit £500 required.  Deposit in most cases refunded within 24 hours of departure.  

Preferred payment method Bank Transfer (details will be given at time of booking) otherwise payment can be made by card via Stripe.
