Rental Rates

Multiples of 7 night stays with Saturday changeover applies , 27th March 27 - 1st October 27 incl., 16th October 27, 23rd October 27, 20th December 27 (Mon Changeover) & 27th December 27 (Monday Changeover).

Flexible number of nights stay and flexible changeover days all other times.  Minimum Stay 3 Nights.

25% Deposit Payment required at time of booking.  Balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Security Deposit £500 required.  Deposit in most cases refunded within 24 hours of departure.  

Preferred payment method Bank Transfer (details will be given at time of booking) otherwise payment can be made by card via Stripe.
